Give your visitors a free membership inside
your Members Only web site. Have them sign up to receive a user name and password. You could create a Members Only e-zine to capture their e-mail address and membership updates so they will revisit your web site again and again.
 

Build strong relationships with your customers.
Invite them to company meetings, luncheons, workshops or seminars. Create special events for your customers, like parties, barbecues, dances etc. It will make them feel important when you include them in regular business operations and special events. Treat them like you would your best friend or family member. Utilize holidays to increase your visitors or sales. You could give away free electronic greeting cards, hold discounts, send customers holiday cards, etc. Also don't forget to reward your employees on most holidays. A happy employee can help you increase your sales and visitors too.
 

Allow people to reprint your articles on their web
site, in their e-zine, newsletter, magazine or e-books. Include your resource box and the option for article reprints at the bottom of each article. For example:
 

Look for different ways to prove your business
and products to your audience. You could collect testimonials, hold surveys, do scientific tests, etc. For example, if you were selling a money-making product, you could use a picture of one of your actual checks.
 

Team up with eight to ten other sites to promote
the same web site. Just include everyone's products on the web site you are all promoting. You can also do this with free e-books too. Get others to promote the free e-book in exchange for an ad in it.
 

Find out who are your strongest leads for buying
your product by offering a free e-zine. The visitors who are very interested will subscribe to it. Once they have subscribed, you can sell them related products again and again. Just make sure your e-zine has enough original content to keep them interested.
 

Make sure your web host isn't losing your sales.
If you get an e-mail from someone who told you that they couldn't access your site, it might be your host. You should ask them what kind of tracking or back-up system they use to make sure your web site is always up and running for business.
 

You could raise or lower the price in your ad
copy. A higher price could increase the perceived value of your product and a lower price could lessen your product's value. Either way, you need to test which price will pull the most orders. Another idea would be to use an odd number like $19.46 instead of $19.99, $19.95 or $19.97. It makes it look like there is a specific reason you priced it like that.
 

Sway your prospects to imagine and feel your emotions.
When people usually see other people showing total passion for their job, hobbies and life, they also want to feel that same passion. You can increase your orders by showing and telling how much passion, excitement, inspiration, etc, you have for the product you're selling.

advertising. It is important to combine offline and 
online advertising together in your marketing campaign. 
You can market offline more effectively by targeting 
people that actually have access to the internet. In all 
your advertising you want to include your web site 
address, e-mail or autoresponder addresses, and the 
e-mail address to subscribe to your e-zine. Below are 
10 offline marketing ideas: 
 
 
-Place classified or full page ads in print publications. 
The print publications should be computer or internet 
related. 
 
-Post flyers in stores. They could be computer stores, 
software stores, libraries etc. 
 
-Buy mailing lists and send direct mail. You should 
make sure that all the people on the mailing list are 
internet users. 
 
-Buy commercial time on T.V. They can be during

fairs, etc. 
 
-Set up a deal with another business that targets internet

also be targeting people with internet access. 
 
-Give away free mouse pads. Put your advertising on 
the mouse pads and give them away at computer or 
internet events. 
 
-Advertise in card decks. The card deck you advertise 
in should be targeted toward internet users. 
 
 
You would also want to target your offline advertising 
to groups of people that will actually be interested in 
your product or service. If you're selling business 
books, you will want to market to business owners. In 
conclusion, if you have a business that's only based 
online, you don't want to market to people that don't
