Internet Marketing Conference - Super Tips: By Anders Eriksson - Owner and Webmaster of

Stop procrastinating and start finishing all your
business tasks. Do one at a time. Don’t get caught
up thinking that you can never get them all done.
Make a list. Do the easiest or most crucial one first
and move down the list. Cross off each task as you
complete it.
|
Make it easy for your customers to navigate
around your web site. Have a "FAQ" page on your
web site to explain anything that might confuse your
customers. Ask them to fill out an electronic survey
to find out how to make your web site more
customer-friendly. Answer all their questions and
concerns in a timely matter.
|
If you make people feel like it's their idea to buy,
they will be less hesitant. For example, you could say,
"You are making a smart decision by buying our
product”. Another example, "You are doing the right
thing wanting to buy our product to improve your
marriage."
|
Give your product away for free to people who
will agree to influence your target audience to buy it.
They could be experts, famous athletes, actors, etc.
You could ask them to write a persuasive
endorsement or testimonial for your product (if they
like it). It could be one for your ad or one for them
to send to their e-zine subscribers for affiliate
commissions.
|
Trade endorsement ads with other e-zines. They
pull more hits and sales than just trading classified
ads because it gives your ad instant credibility. For
example, you could say "I can't believe they give this
e-zine away for FREE! I would pay at least ($) for a
subscription to it!"
|
You could offer your potential customers a free
sample of your product. If the sample proves what
you claim, there is a high chance they will buy it.
For example, if you are selling an e-book, give your
prospects a free excerpt or sample chapter. Another
example, if you are selling a print magazine, give
them some online examples of your content.
|
E-mail each visitor a satisfaction questionnaire
after they purchase. This will allow you to improve
your order system, customer service, site, etc. For
example, you could say, "Thank you for ordering.
So we can improve our business in the future for
you, can you please take a few minutes to fill out
this satisfaction questionnaire?"
|
Team up with your competition by starting an
association for your specific industry. It could lead
to a profitable partnership with them. You could
give all the members graphic links to place on their
home pages. This would increase your membership
and business exposure.
|
Arouse your prospects to imagine your product is
specialized for them. If your target audience has
a name for their group, like "accountants", use
the group name in your headline and in the body
of your ad. This is acknowledging the fact that
you are talking to them only and that your product
was specifically created for them.

How To Get Free Advertising By Participating SEO: Linser SEO: Sports Arbitrage SEO: Kontaktlinser SEO: Färgade linser
In E-mail Discussion Lists
Posting messages to e-mail discussion lists is a
great way to get free advertising. An e-mail
discussion list is a group of people connected
together via e-mail that can communicate with
one another. When you post a message to a list
include your signature file at the end. Your sig
file should be no more than 5 to 6 lines. Include
an attention getting sentence why they should
visit your web site or e-mail your auto responder.
Try to select list's that are archived because your
signature file will be viewed for years to come.
E-mail discussion lists are highly targeted. There
are thousands of discussion lists with thousands
of different subjects. You can usually subscribe
to these lists by sending an e-mail or by filling out
a web form. You want to subscribe to one that
would be related to your target audience. If you
are selling books about marketing, you would
want to post to lists were business people and
marketers would congregate.
Before posting to any e-mail discussion list, read
the FAQ or rules first. They will tell you what
kinds of posts are allowed. Read the messages
for a few days before posting your message to
see what type of messages are being posted. If
the list is archived you could read the older
messages. If you want to make sure, you could
e-mail the list moderator. Never post messages
that are unrelated to the list's subject.
There are many different types of messages you
could post to the e-mail discussion list. You
could post an informative comment or article that
would interest the other list members. Post a
question on the discussion list that you would like
answered. You could answer another person's
question on the list. When you post and answer
questions you will become know as an expert
and meet other experts on the list.
