Test different web site color themes to see which
combination will sell your product better. You can also test the size and style of your web site text. For example, red usually signals: stop, anger, excitement, love, sex, fun, etc. Another example, blue usually signals: relaxation, authority, coolness, etc.
 

Hold an interactive poll on your web site. Ask
your visitors to e-mail you their vote or opinion. You could send them a "thank you" e-mail and also mention a product you're selling. Tell them to subscribe to your e-zine so they can see the results of the poll.
 

Resolve your customers’ complaints quickly and
successfully. Answer all e-mails and phone calls within an hour. If possible, you as the owner of the business, should personally take care of the problem. This will show your customers you really care about them and want their business in the future.
